Living in a Grade II* penthouse marylebone, london

Balancing legacy and lifestyle in a Grade II* listed home.

This Grade II* listed penthouse spans the top two floors of a landmark Georgian townhouse on Mansfield Street, part of Robert and James Adam’s 1770s development of Marylebone. MWAI’s design approach integrates restoration, refurbishment and new build elements to create a contemporary home for a growing family.

The project navigates complex heritage constraints, including its location within the Howard de Walden Estate and its architectural significance. MWAI worked closely with conservation specialists to retain key features while introducing modern spatial planning and bespoke interiors.

This is a home where architectural history meets modern life.
