During this renovation of an apartment within an elegant neo classical mansion block, we entirely remodelled the tired existing interiors – replacing all the walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures & furniture throughout.

A new open-plan living room visually connects to the kitchen and internal corridor with architectural glazing - bringing light into the centre. Behind the elegant, panelled walls are concealed storage, utility and bathroom areas, maximising the space of openness and space beyond the confines of the normal limits of the building layout.

Elegant details, striking marble and soft tones of brushed brass provide accent, detail and touches of quality.

Although the main focus was to modernise the architectural interiors of this historic flat, we also worked on the Soft FF&E, bringing many of the client's own pieces back into the apartment – working to maintain their own identity and create an elegant mix of existing, reclaimed and contemporary lifestyle.
