We adapt our services and design style to suit the client context and design collaborators, but always try to maintain the high standards and attention to detail for which we are known.

For our private clients

MWAI will demystify and organize the appointment of a project team. We provide clients with a flexible, tailored service and advice. We regularly take projects from start to finish and are often asked to provide interior design or project management on top of the normal architects’ services.

The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) provide a framework for the staged completion of any project, catering from small extensions to large buildings. We work to these key stages but adapted for simpler projects. There is clear simple guidance on the appointment of an architect published on the RIBA website We would encourage you to review this. If you have any queries, we would be more than happy to talk it though with you and provide a no-obligation quote for our services.

We regularly support businesses or brands in the delivery of projects. We are adept at tailoring our design services to suit our clients, and pride ourselves on delivering projects on time and on budget. Interiors

MWAI is known for high-quality architectural interiors. As a practice we are adept at designing and managing both domestic and commercial sector projects. We often work alongside specialist subcontractors, suppliers or other interiors designers in the role of executive architects with furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE) being designed by others. Our experience is key to a successfully collaboration, and we pride ourselves in being good team players.

Turnkey

MWAI are adept at delivering residential projects under a turnkey consultancy service through MWAI architects or as a contractor through our partner company MWAI BUILD Ltd. We believe that turnkey provides higher quality, better designed and a more flexible, tailored outcome.

For our turnkey consultancy service, we will provide a single point of contact and single fee for all consultancy decisions required on the project, employing all other professional services required through MWAI Ltd.

For our turnkey contracting service, we will take responsibility for the entire project, providing both consultancy and construction. MWAI BUILD Ltd will employ all consultants, and subcontractors under a JCT Design & Build contract. MWAI will be employed by MWAI BUILD. Some of our best projects have been delivered under this system.
